Bookings

Bookings will need to be paid in advance. You can pay for the events directly with Square Up, which allows for a debit/credit card payment. If you have any problems when booking please email childrenreferrals@aspens.org.uk where one of the team will be happy to assist.

Our commissioned Short Breaks funding is based on a 1:4 staff-to-young-person ratio. Sessions are delivered as group activities and may have up to 12 young people attending.

Due to the group nature of the provision and staffing arrangements, we are not able to provide 1:1 support, personal care, or medication administration during sessions.

Where a child or young person requires a higher level of support, families can contact shortbreaks@westsussex.gov.uk for information about alternative Short Breaks providers who may be better placed to meet their needs.
